2003 Annual Report

Information regarding 2003 Annual Report to Shareholders: As a result of a change in the accounting for a stock option award, the Company’s financial results included in the annual report to shareholders for the year ended December 28, 2003 were restated and have been superseded.  Accordingly this report has been removed from our web site.  The restated results are included in the Company’s Annual Report on Form 10-K/A for the year ended December 28, 2003 filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission, and in the annual report to shareholders for the year ended January 2, 2005.
