We sincerely thank you for your
interest in the Mystery Shopping Program at J. Alexander’s
Restaurants. We have invited valued guests and industry
professionals to participate in the program at J. Alexander’s.
Mystery Shoppers enjoy a dining experience at no cost while
providing valuable evaluations that assist us in our efforts to be
the best. J. Alexander’s Mystery Shoppers visit a specific
restaurant and complete a customized report detailing the events,
positive and negative, of the dining experience.
Mystery Shopper Assignments
To begin the process, you must apply on-line. The
application form can be accessed by clicking on the "SHOPPER
APPLICATION " button located on the top menu. If you are
assigned to be a shopper, you will be contacted by telephone to
confirm a particular month and specific dining experience (dinner or
lunch). Each restaurant is only evaluated one time per month.
This evaluation standard limits our ability to use all guests who
submit applications to participate.
When mystery shops are assigned, simple and complete
instructions are sent to each Mystery Shopper in the mail. The
evaluation report will be accessed on this website by clicking on
the "Shopper Evaluation" button located on the top menu.
All instruction for accessing the website and mystery shopping will
be
mailed to your home address.
A gift card will also be mailed to each Mystery Shopper.
The gift card will cover the expenses of the dining experience and
includes the 20% gratuity. The cost of the meal is
compensation for the invaluable information you will provide us.
