Ingredients

If you want to cook your own Red River Chili at home, here are the ingredients you will need to make about one gallon of chili, serving 6-8 people.

 

For the chili:
  • Ground Chuck – 2.5 lbs
  • Santa Cruz Chili Powder – 1/4 cup
  • Ground Cumin – 1 Tbsp
  • Cajun Seasoning – 1/2 Tbsp
  • Diced White Onions – 2 cups
  • Crushed Garlic – 2 Tbsp
  • Beef Stock – 2 Cups
  • Worcestershire Sauce – 2 Tbsp
  • Tomato Paste – 1/2 cup
  • Liquid Smoke – 1/2 Tbsp
  • A1 Steak Sauce – 2 Tbsp
  • Brown Sugar – 1 Tbsp
  • Ranch Beans – 3 cups
  • Peeled Tomatoes – 3 cups.

 

For the garnish:
  • Sliced jalapenos
  • Diced onions
  • Shredded cheddar cheese

Preparation
