Ingredients

To make two Double-Stack burgers at home, you’ll need the following ingredients:

  • Ground chuck – 1 lb.
  • White onion – 1/2, thinly sliced
  • American cheese – 4 Slices
  • Kosher dill pickles – 6 chips
  • Brioche buns – 2
  • Salt & pepper – to taste

Preparation

In addition to getting the freshest ingredients possible and a high-quality ground chuck, we recommend using a cast iron pan. Be sure to have a proper knife and cutting surface to prep your veggies as well.
