Traditionally, American tuna salad is prepared with canned tuna and mayonnaise and served in sandwiches or on crackers. J. Alexander’s blows that model out of the water. We serve a fresh, green salad prepared with wasabi in a cilantro vinaigrette alongside a premium, rare-seared tuna.
Our wild, line-caught tuna is sourced directly from the Marshall Islands, South Pacific. To ensure its freshness, our tuna is shipped to each location twice a week. For questions about the sourcing of our vegetables, ask your server, as this varies by location and season.
